Historic Wendover Airfield Foundation Returns to FRCI Client Family
November, 2011: FRCI is pleased to have the
Historic Wendover Airfield Foundation return to the family of FRCI clients. The Foundation is dedicated to restoring the Historic Wendover Airfield located on the Utah/Nevada border which is the home of the airfield and hanger which housed the Enola Gay and key air force facilities during World War II. Phase I has been completed and the Foundation is currently working to secure the funding for Phase II of the project. FRCI will be assisting the Foundation in the Phase II campaign efforts. Historic Wendover Airfield is a National Historic Site and has been designated a project of Save America's Treasures.
