FRCI Welcomes Four Corners School of Outdoor Education to Our Client Family

May, 2009:  FRCI is pleased to welcome the Four Corners School of Outdoor Education to our family of clients. The mission of Four Corners School is to create lifelong learning experiences about the Colorado Plateau bioregion for people of all ages and backgrounds through education, service, adventure, and conservation programs.  Four Corners School is based in Monticello, Utah and was founded in 1984.  Its educational focus is the Colorado Plateau located in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah.

Since it's founding, Four Corners School has served some 69,660 participants, ranging in age from 6 to 90. Four Corners School has provided over 46,200 hours of youth and adult service on public lands, 505,000 hours of student/youth education, 222,000 hours of adult education, and 70,000 hours of teacher training. The School has awarded 200 teacher scholarships; repaired or rehabilitated hundreds of miles of roads and trails; and worked to protect over 27 archaeological sites on public lands.

Four Corners School is embarking on a multi-million campaign to build a new facility and FRCI is pleased to be providing campaign counsel through this effort.
