Board and Staff Training

FRCI will customize a full- or half-day session on governance, solicitation and cultivation training, or strategic planning for your organization’s board or staff. FRCI’s engaging presenters will build a training program tailored to the culture and complexion of your organization. This training may include role play, and will enable board members to script their own solicitations.

Board Facilitation

FRCI will assess the strengths and weaknesses of the structure of your board of directors, and will lead a discussion intended to produce greater investment by board members in the development process.

Solicitation Training and Coaching

Many development professionals, Deans, Development Vice Presidents and Presidents aren’t truly comfortable with cultivating or soliciting. Many don’t understand the importance of pre-solicitation conversations. FRCI will lead development professionals through a day-long process, including videotaping, thus preparing them to be more comfortable and successful.
